Life of an IITian

Hi guys..i'm back again.

the day was lazy today...with lots of sleepin and dozing around. its holi time here and i just seem to run out of colours. even now, i'm looking whether they have options for colour fonts here on this blog or not. reverted back to the old habit of reading newspaper for a lomg time( i don't remember the last time i actually sat with a newspaper in my lap for 1 hour...those days when i really used to make my parents angry with this stupid habit)


neways, here i'm gonna introduce some new frnds today........

Mr. honestlamb: this petite man religiously lives by his principles n his ideals...xtrememly responsible n devoted to his work.....this cheerful fellow can make u lie down on ur back in the middle of windt, hold ur stomach and laugh madly.....courtesy his witty pjs. Has been my hukka partner for 2 hukkas now and hopefully there's 2 more to go with him. hope this association lasts forever.

Mr lovestruck: ok this 'king' of my dep has been lovestruck on one gal or the other ever since i know him....the options never seem to end for him, hope he finds his partner soon. god bless him!!

finally u ppl have an alternative to my endless drivel on this blog .

happy as ever

hi fellow blogreaders,

on the benign request of my frnd anshul jain, i'm gonna write something for this blog.....

had a not so gr8 day today....bad minor marks...holi hooliganism( ok that was fun) ...roaming around gurgaon on a bike all hungry n dirty.....still can't get over all the air that i inhaled on the MG road...hope i have better luck next time....

.i got a very interesting n vellla( as mr.i-know-nothin-still-am-the-dep-topper calls it) dep ....yes this is BDED(ok thats the ape not me who coined this)..lemme introduce u to my 'interesting' depmates.

gals first:

Miss chubby cheeks: sweet, jovial, chulbuli,...this 'star' of our dep happens to b an xtreamely enthusiastic gal...( not more than Mr. enthu though)..... ..believes in enjoying what u do n doing what u enjoy.....lovely frnd

Miss Msgrboli: ok she speaks on the msgr...but thats not the only reason i call her msgrboli :D. this cheerful bandi possesses a gr8 hapy_go_lucky attitude who can make nebody crazy with her cheerfulness and optimistic spirit......got a gr8 smile...misses her home a lot..so i fondly call her mama's gal.

Miss sweetnshort: this true-hearted punjaban has got an infectious zeal for life...(some of it borrowed from miss msgrboli i think).........got a wonderful smile..can spoil nebdy's party with her wonderfully original pjs( it was my turn today :(( but i enjoyed them) HAPPY B'day sweetnshort!! :)

Miss ASH: ok u guessed it....she's the sweetest n the most sensitive gal alive.....known to cry at anything.....be it a dead insect or a bad minor.....but remember her smile makes u jealous at times....makes u feel jealous of her happiness....this gal is my gorgeous ASH.

miss I_hate_antara: she once sported a horrible antara mali hairstyle...i've hated antara mali ever since....cheerful gal, has a lovely parroty voice...this deptopper has gr8 fans... our beloved blogmaker is an ex-fan:D; ............ i got more nicks too( ne takers for pone dassi .......??)

Miss vinny_the_poo: this loreto bred poo can give nebdy a run for his money when it comes to vocabulary....known to write poems in solitude (hmmmmmm.........)

miss talented: u'll think she's shy but she's turn out to b more extrovert than the most extrovert person u've ever known( ok i'm exaggerating) .....but she certainly is very talented...certainly the most popular person in BDEB.

miss strange_indian: very difficult to understand her....currently guys r trying to trace her lineage( anlo-indian or scottish indian):can laugh newhere, netime, ne class, ne function...don't worry doctor says its not permanent;these lunacy attacks can b treated with time..just have to let herself grow up!!

WELCOME TO THE GUYS' CLUB:

Mr. psycho_singh: this 'innocently' sweet cuty of our dep is one of the most wittiest guys i know ...can drive u crazy with his witty one liners thrown in the right place in just the right way.......but psyche him (which , i promise, can be easily done) and then may god b with u??

Mr. uglyfoodie: one of my 1st frnds here.....this guy claims to hate iit gals( ahem...*****_iit*@yahoo.com).....not a nice person to know....he's best when he's mentisental when he showers us with his highly imressive understanding of human nature( thats when i love him) ..can b very irritating at times....is his b'day today..i'm sure he's increasing his ugliness by eating more food rite now....GOD save uglyfoodie!!!

the giant: no need to introduce him...got a crazy smile( prob strange_indian's company did him in- i never knew genetic mutations took place by prolonged close contact :D).nice person to know....very obsessed with his hair.....all the best gals...

the gem: this ever smiling gem of a person is one of joveliest persons i know...i fondly call him " nescafe ka attachee":

chand_ka_tukda: no need to introduce him... i mean no words can describe his qualities. meet him and u'll know why? a perfect specimen for ne study....

today was one of the most mentally tortourous days ,i have had so far in my short life. this would rank as the 4th in that list :D

Finally got a chance to give a presentation to the SURA commitee . everythin went of OK types . keepin my fingers crossed...................

have just returned from a treat givin by 2 of our seniors for the IEEE gang which worked in TRYST. Food was not worth the money , though company was great.Maza aa gaya.aur phir there were bottomless glasses of COKE . heh heh. those of u who know me closely know why i am so happy :D.

i have asked enthu guy and sinusoidal to allot nicks to all the guys (and if there r ne GALS, to them also) from their dep . so soon we should have more names and more stories on this otherwise drab blog.

for the uninitated NG is our (elec junta's) data structures prof. very nice and jovial guy , explains things in hindi so that the ppl understand him better and (best part) is always open to discussion (a rare quality).

so as i sat in the 8 o clock class , more dead than alive , i suddenly hear the magical words "there will be no tutorial today" . that was like one of the best starts to a day neone can hope ( worst is when your gf comes and ties u a rakhi :D). That was just the beginning . I got 15 / 20 in prof Vishu's course . :D

again a small intro to prof vishu : one look and u would feel runnin away . full beard , small eyes , tinted glasses and powerfull voice . talk to him and u would realise that he is a genius . this shows up in his teaching more often than not , and makes us ppl realise how less we know bout elec and in general frustrates us . one of the best things bout him is that he repeats ne part of the course very easily when asked to do so and doesnt maro a fight. only thing he expects is that the students should be sincere.that's the only requirement.

okie back to 15/20 . i was expectin 8/20 cause only my first question was correct. but miracles do happen and i am a believer :D .

so, once again god bless NG for freein up my afti (i really need rest,sufferin from insomnia lately;) ) and to vishu sir for makin me happy in times of such deep gloom.

hello ppl of this world (and to those from beyond too)

today was mr enthu guy's bday.He treated me,s.lover and the ape nd some other ppl at rainbows, the local ffj.
food was ok, conversation better. mr ape gave another fantastic performance , as regards to quantity of food eaten and people made embarresed . today the focal point of his barrage of "hugga's" was poor mr sl , who since quite some time has been suffering from some rbit disease which causes sudden bursts of babyish activities.me not in favor of sl , but me also not with the ape cause there is a time and place for everything.

worst part was that bday boy, who is now 20, got very bored and i felt that he felt left out. sorry dude, nd happy bday once again if u r reading this.

mornin was borin as there was no work to do , and my mind is still in the recovery mode after the assault it faced on monday :( .

mr vella -- the dassi of our dep... getting highest marks in class is an everday thing .... he doesnt worry about anything else in life....... hopefully someday a powerful microscope would be invented so that people will be able to read his handwriting... he is the biggest miser i ever saw and it would take a brave man all his strength to extract a treat from this fellow.... i guess thats why he has the worst luck playing monopoly .....
and if any of you is in short supply of cash and needs to make a quick buck.... i would reccomend kidnapping mr vella .... he has a ton of cash hidden away in his bank account and it would be the easiest thing to kidnap him.... mr vella is a frail little thing... one punch and his lights will be out for the rest of the day.... :D

Firstly, I sincerely think that "The Athlete" MUST try for the Miss India paegant. She looked simply gorgeous in that million-dollar rags gown made of newspaper which she wore on the ramp at Rendezvous (PLZ excuse my spellings, I got thrown out of Oxford). Comin back to the gown, I can bet a million bucks that that gown WILL surely win the evening gown contest (GULP !!!!!!).....
btw, i'd like to ask the moderator of this club why the more "standard" nickname for the athlete was not adopted, i think that is MUCH more appropritae, hope u understand what i am hinting at !! :D

Let me introduce to yu ppls another very interesting character, :::: Mr. Tommy....
(Oh how i wish Pamela (who is in Mech) was in Elec......then we could have called Tommy, Tommy Lee Jones, just an observation : both Tommy and Pamela r from the same state of India :D
Comin back to Tommy, this half-bald genious considers playing Monopoly on his silly mobile phone the most productive passtime, guess he thinks its a good way to gain economics fundas.....
The grades Mr.Tommy gets is inversely proportional to the number of hours put in......

He is most unfortunate with the tantalizing mithais he gets for lunch.......
(But i think its just his generosity towards the poor impoverished hosteliers....)
Oh yes, and how can i forget Tommy's unparalleled examplary punctuality in reaching class...
When i say unparalleled, I MEAN UNPARALLELED.......
I think Mr. Tommy is contesting to become the first IITian to get an attendance fukka in a hukka....

Another character which enthralls me the most is Mr. Crorepati but unfortunately so little has been said about him.....
It must be brought to the notice of 1 and all that he is "THE ONLY ONE" in our batch who has not been "EXPOSED" to the truths of "Sex is the basis of life".....(arre yaar i am talking of PONDY)......I am sure even KKPs have induged some time or the other.....
But I think his examplary driving skills deserve a special mention.....and even more remarkable r his singing qualities.....most ppl sing in their bathrooms, here is a man, ladies and gentlemen, who serenades in full bloom while he is driving......ricky martin, roy orbinson, metallica, hes got it all stocked up in his car(s).
Plus I must notify on his behalf that any power guy looking for summer opportunities need look no further, hius 200(0) crore power company has enuf place for the entire dep (chalo job to pakki hui)...


Feelin really sleeeeeeeeepy now, and theres that fuckin SURA work loomin on my head, will pour out tomorrow again

life is rbit . me stomach cramps gettin stronger n stronger day by day . n i am gettin news bout more n more people jumpin into the SURA fray :( .

On the other hand me mom is npt at home so i can play all the good music loud enough for my friends in heaven to hear ;)

someday after i have interfaced the human brain with a compu , i am gonna get someone to make a program which makes presentations automatically after scanning ones thoughts etc . it is such a great pain in the ass to be makin a presentation. me, i have had 3 cups of coffee since mornin and my effeciency is comin out to be half a page per coffee . shit . must do some work right away

roamed around in the evenin with mr sinusoidal lover and had a great discussion on the miss mar's of IITD . not all but some of them :D . very enlightenin discussion , hope to have another some time soon .

this has been a most borin night , with all of my chatty friends being offline . got terribly bored :(

the confused ape and mr cool r expected to start writin in soon , ie monday

schedule for today is some sleep , movie , lunch , sleep and sura work in order .
me studied zuck this weekend and this really troubles me cause already i am feelin left behind in the classes :( .

tomorrow mr enthu guy will be back , with some ideas and loads of enthu for his pet project :D
me very happy to find a human being with higher enthu than me in one of my fav timepass fields .
